Run the tool from the extracted directory of the printbrm backup.
You can use the following command to extract a backup file to a directory -
PRINTBRM.EXE -R -D C:\TEMP\EXPAND -F C:\TEMP\PRINTERBACKUP.PRINTEREXPORT
